We're so happy you've made the choice to work with us for your big day, and thank you for entrusting us to take care of you.
Officially booking has your date secured, but you are not locked into any other decisions until 7 days before your event.
We will contact you at various points during the process, depending on which services you have booked with us. In saying that, please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions or would like to discuss any of your options.
Are we coordinating table linens or other rentals?
If so, we can start that process at any time. If we don't hear from you beforehand, we'll reach out about three months before your event date to start looking into that process.
With our linen coordination (whether you'd like to use our in-house linens or through a 3rd party rental company) that also includes a floorplan design and set-up on the day of the event as soon as we have access to your space.
We typically like to have our final appointment 7-10 days before your event date and are happy to make any adjustments on your invoice up until that point.
During the appointment, we will confirm the final guest count, your timeline and go over any rental, menu or floorplan adjustments. We have provided a checklist of items for you to prepare to ensure we have everything we need at that time.
